Concentrated deep red with a cherry tinge.
BOUQUET
Rich aromas of juicy dark fruit, blackcurrant, blackberries, with an attractive vanillin oak profile.
PALATE
This Shiraz displays rich fruit flavors of blackcurrant, cherry and cassis berry complimented by a luscious silky smooth texture with undertones of violets and dark plums.This superbly structured wine is bold, with a robustacid/tannin backbone, yet is still supple and smooth with a lingering velvet finish. It has spent 18 months in oak and will drink well on release, but will reward the collector with
a minimum of 6 months cellaring.
